1. What We Collect
FrontierPeak does not require registration and does not create user accounts. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, location data or any form of personally identifying information as part of normal platform use.
When you visit our platform, our web server logs your IP address and browser type as part of routine technical logging. These logs are used solely to detect errors, diagnose server problems, and prevent abuse (such as automated attacks). They are not analysed for marketing purposes, and they are not shared with third parties. Log files are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then permanently deleted.
If you contact us by email (via [email protected]), we will receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this information only to respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list. We do not process your email address for any other purpose.
2. What We Do Not Collect
To be explicit: FrontierPeak does not collect, store or process any of the following: account credentials, payment card data, bank account information, social media identifiers, location data from your device, device biometrics, behavioural profiles built from session data, advertising identifiers, or any data purchased from third-party data brokers.
There are no user profiles on FrontierPeak. There is no database of users. There is no mechanism by which we could send you a marketing email, because we do not have your email address unless you sent it to us voluntarily.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
FrontierPeak uses two categories of client-side storage: browser cookies and localStorage. Both are used exclusively for essential functional purposes — specifically, to remember your age-gate confirmation (so you are not asked every visit) and your cookie consent choice (so the banner does not re-appear every page load). These preferences expire after 180 days.
We do not use third-party cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use persistent cross-site trackers of any kind. The cookie consent banner you see on first visit is there to give you full transparency and control over even this minimal use. For a complete inventory of what is stored, see our Cookie Info page.
4. Third-Party Services
FrontierPeak loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) and the Bootstrap CSS grid library from unpkg.com. These requests may expose your IP address to those third-party servers as part of normal CDN operation. Google Fonts can be configured to not log requests — we use the standard API which may log IP addresses for rate-limiting purposes. We do not control what those services do with connection-level data.
We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking tool. The Consent Mode v2 snippet in our page header initialises all consent signals as "denied" by default, so even if a tracking tool were accidentally added in future, it would not fire without explicit user consent.
5. How We Use Data
Server logs are used exclusively for security monitoring and error diagnosis. Email correspondence is used only to reply to your message. No data is used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or sharing with any third party.
We do not sell data. We do not rent data. We do not trade data. Our platform has no advertising revenue model, and we have no commercial relationship with any data broker or advertising network.
6. Data Retention
Server access logs: retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Email correspondence: retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted unless an ongoing support request requires longer retention. Client-side cookies and localStorage: stored in your browser for up to 180 days, then expire automatically. You can delete these at any time through your browser settings.
7. Your Rights Under Canadian Privacy Law
PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and British Columbia's PIPA apply to our handling of personal information. Under these laws, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent for processing (where applicable), and request deletion of personal information.
Because we hold almost no personal information about any individual user, these rights rarely have practical scope on FrontierPeak. However, we take them seriously. If you believe we hold personal information about you and wish to exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Residents of Quebec may have additional rights under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Loi 25). We commit to honouring all applicable rights under that legislation.
8. Security
Our platform is served over HTTPS. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit. Server logs are stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Email correspondence is handled through a standard secure email provider. We do not store payment data or sensitive personal information, which eliminates the most common categories of security risk.
Despite these measures, no digital system is perfectly secure. If you believe there has been a security incident involving our platform or your data, please contact us at [email protected] immediately.
9. International Data Transfers
Our platform is hosted in Canada. Requests routed through Google's font CDN and unpkg.com's CDN may involve servers in other jurisdictions, including the United States and European Union. We have no control over those routing decisions. IP addresses exposed through those CDN connections are subject to the privacy policies of those services.
10. Changes to This Privacy Guide
If we make material changes to this Privacy Guide, we will update the "last revised" date below and, where feasible, post a notice on the platform's homepage for at least 30 days. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
Last revised: May 2026.
