1. Free-Play Only — No Real Money Involved
FrontierPeak is a free social entertainment platform. Under no circumstances does any real money enter or leave the platform in connection with the interactive experience we provide. All credits displayed on the platform are virtual tokens with zero monetary value. They cannot be purchased, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for any real-world consideration of any kind.
The platform does not constitute a draw, sweepstake, contest, or any form of financial service. No entry fee, purchase or payment of any kind is required or possible to access or use the platform. Any appearance of prize-like mechanics (win banners, chain counters, multipliers) is purely cosmetic entertainment — not indicative of any financial outcome.
2. Age Restriction — 18+ Only
Access to FrontierPeak is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By confirming the age gate on your first visit, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use this platform. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we have reason to believe is under the age of 18.
This age restriction is self-imposed by FrontierPeak as a responsible design standard. We maintain it because the visual format of our platform is associated in the cultural imagination with real-money interactive entertainment, and we believe minors should be clearly excluded from that aesthetic context.
3. Not a Regulated Interactive Entertainment Service
FrontierPeak is not a licensed interactive entertainment operator under the Criminal Code of Canada, the BC Draw Corporation Act, or any other provincial or federal legislation that governs real-money interactive entertainment. We do not hold and are not required to hold any such licence. Our platform is categorically distinct from regulated interactive entertainment because it involves no financial stakes whatsoever.
Any resemblance between FrontierPeak and real-money interactive entertainment platforms is intentional in terms of visual design (we find the aesthetic appealing) but irrelevant in terms of legal classification.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use FrontierPeak for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. The following uses are prohibited: automated access (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our written permission; reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting any part of our platform code or assets; reproducing or redistributing any FrontierPeak content for commercial purposes; attempting to circumvent the age gate through technical or social engineering means; using the platform in any way that violates applicable law; engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform's operation.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, graphics, code, copy, and interactive mechanics on FrontierPeak are the exclusive intellectual property of FrontierPeak or its licensors. The deep-sea symbol artwork, bioluminescent visual style, Free Play Chain mechanic presentation, and platform name are original creative works. Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights in FrontierPeak content.
Bootstrap CSS (licensed under MIT) is loaded from unpkg.com. Google Fonts are served under the Google Fonts API Terms of Service. Both are third-party services with their own licensing terms.
6. Liability Disclaimers
FrontierPeak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the platform. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FrontierPeak disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Because no real money is involved in using FrontierPeak, financial losses of any kind associated with platform use are not possible.
7. Privacy and Cookies

8. Responsible Play
Even though FrontierPeak involves no financial risk, we take the wellbeing of our users seriously. Our Play Safely page provides resources, warning signs, and contact information for support organisations. We encourage you to review it.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Play are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of FrontierPeak will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Play from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page and, where the changes are material, post a notice on the homepage. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
